Fringe is a private club amenities management platform. It began with the tee sheet — the hardest schedule in the club to get right — and grew outward to the courts, the simulator bays and the events calendar. Skeet, bocce, a spa, a marina: if an amenity has inventory, a schedule and rules about who may book it, the same engine runs it.
Club software fails in the gap between what the board decided and what the software can express.
Booking windows, guest limits, eligibility by class and season — written once, enforced identically on every amenity, for every member, on every device.
Younger members will not call a pro shop. If booking takes more than a few taps the system stops reflecting reality, so the phone — native, passwordless, AI-assisted — has to be the easy path.
Every club has exceptions. Staff can bypass a check when a member deserves it, and the audit trail keeps the answer to "who moved this, and when".
Fringe is a hosted platform. Clubs are isolated tenants on shared infrastructure, so a new club can be stood up — or cloned from an existing configuration — in an afternoon rather than a quarter.
Staff work in a browser. Members use an iOS or Android app with passwordless sign-in and Face ID. A member who belongs to more than one Fringe club carries one identity between them.
Where we use AI — scorecard extraction, the Ask Fringe assistant — it is scoped, cited and reversible. It reads what a member could already see, it answers from documents your club uploaded, and it never acts without confirmation.
We would rather show you the awkward parts of your own tee sheet than run a generic demo.
