One app for everything your club offers.

Reservations, handicaps, games, tournaments, leaderboards, events and the member directory — under one roof, in a modern app, with an AI assistant that knows your club.

Why Fringe

You shouldn't need five apps to spend a Saturday at your club.

A member books the tee time in one app, posts the score in another, checks the tournament leaderboard in a third, registers for the member-guest through a web form, and calls the pro shop about a court. Staff hold it together by hand. Nobody chose that — it accumulated.

Club Essentials, ForeTees, GHIN and Golf Genius in some combination. Five logins for a member. Five systems to reconcile for staff.

One login for a member. One place for staff. Nothing exported between vendors.

One set of rules

Booking windows, guest limits, eligibility by membership class and season — written once, enforced identically on every amenity.

One member record

Reservations, scores, handicap, event history and family in the same profile. No matching a member across four systems.

One bill, one vendor

One renewal to negotiate and one team to call when something is wrong in the middle of a member-guest.

A modern app

Your next generation of members has never called the pro shop.

They joined expecting what every other app in their life gives them: sign in with a face, book in three taps, get a push when the time changes, ask a question and get an answer. When club software cannot do that, they stop using it — and the club stops seeing what its members actually want.

Fringe was built in that decade, not retrofitted into it. Passwordless sign-in and Face ID. A next-tee-time card on open. Buddies, guests and transport in one flow. Live scoring in the group, standings updating on the phones behind you.

Ask Fringe

A built-in AI assistant for anything club related.

Ask Fringe is built into the member app, not bolted on. It answers questions about every amenity — what tee times are open on Saturday, whether the courts are booked, how many guests a member may bring, what the dress code is on the terrace — and anything else in your club documents.

Members ask in plain language, typed or spoken. Answers come from your own handbook and rules with a citation, and from the live club data that member is already entitled to see — their reservations, their handicap, their event history. It says it does not know rather than inventing an answer, never acts without confirmation, and every club decides whether to turn it on.

Can I bring three guests on Saturday morning?
Full members may host up to three guests, but not before 11:00 on weekends. The 9:40 you're holding is inside that window — I can move you to 11:10, which has four spots.

Do that, and add Tom.
Amenity management

Every amenity works the same way, however unusual it is.

A club declares what it offers. Fringe gives each amenity its own inventory, its own rules and its own schedule, then shows staff the sections they need and members the features they have. Golf, tennis, paddle, pickleball and simulators are live today. Bringing in new amenities is as simple as defining the inventory and timeslots — the same engine behind it all.

Golf

Tee sheet, rounds, handicaps, games and tournaments.

Racket sports

Courts, consecutive-slot booking, clinics and round-robin events.

Pickleball

Its own inventory and rules, sharing the same engine and app.

Schedules and inventory

Time-by-position tee grids, court and bay inventory, seasonal templates, blackouts, walk-up and tournament slots, generated nightly across the booking horizon.

Rules and eligibility

Booking windows, frequency limits, guest policy, annual allowances and class restrictions, checked before every confirmation. Staff can override; the audit trail remembers who and when.

Scoring, handicaps and games

Hole-by-hole scoring with pops by tee set, USGA-compliant posting including partial rounds, and Nassau, Skins, Stableford, Best Ball and Six Point Scotch scored live.

Events, tournaments and leaderboards

Flights, teams, shotgun assignments, multi-round events, shootout finals, self-promoting waitlists, and standings members follow from the course.

Members and communication

Directory with families, buddies and privacy controls, club announcements tagged by amenity, and push for confirmations, changes and reminders.

Set up without a consultant

Quick-setup wizards stand up a new amenity in an afternoon, or clone the configuration of a club that already looks like yours.
