FringeWorks, Inc. ("Fringe," "we," "us," or "our") provides software and mobile applications used by private clubs and their members to manage reservations, events, scores, notifications, and related club experiences.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fringe mobile application, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Scope and Club Relationship
In many cases, the club with which you are affiliated is our customer, and Fringe provides software and related services to that club and its authorized members, staff, and administrators.
Because clubs use Fringe to manage club operations, Fringe and your club may each have responsibilities for different aspects of your information. Clubs may control certain membership, reservation, event, and account records maintained through the Services.

- Notification preferences and support communications
Some of this information may be entered directly by you, and some may be provided by your club or its administrators.
Ask Fringe assistant. When enabled by your club, Ask Fringe uses your authenticated member and club context to answer questions and help with supported club actions. Typed questions and temporary conversation context are processed by our artificial-intelligence service provider. If you choose push-to-talk, the recording is uploaded for transcription and discarded by Fringe after transcription. Fringe does not retain assistant audio or maintain a permanent assistant chat transcript.

- With service providers: we share information with vendors who help us operate the Services, such as Twilio for authentication and invite-related SMS messaging, OpenAI for Ask Fringe language, transcription, and document-retrieval processing, and push-notification providers to deliver app notifications.
- For legal, security, and business reasons: we may disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, support club operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
In general:
- Account and profile information is retained while an account remains active and as needed to support the Services for clubs and members.
- Temporary operational data, such as certain booking holds and session records, may expire automatically or be deleted when no longer needed.
- Ask Fringe conversation context expires after 30 minutes. Confirmed-action audit records, which exclude prompts, responses, transcripts, and audio, are retained for up to 90 days for security and operational integrity.
- Booking, reservation, scoring, event, and similar historical records may be retained for the life of the account to support club operations, auditing, dispute resolution, and record integrity.
When you delete your account through the in-app deletion flow:
- Personal data associated with your member profile is removed, deleted, or de-identified
- Certain device, notification, and related preference records are deleted
- Historical booking, scoring, and similar records may be retained only in anonymized or de-identified form to preserve operational and historical integrity
